It’s been four months. I haven't seen any of your smiles. I miss your face. I miss your beautiful smiles. I miss your poker face, angry 😡 face, happy 😊 face, 😩 sad face, crying 😢 face, cool 😎 face, annoying face and ALL Kinds of FACES (😂😀😃😄😁😆😅🤣😆😊🙂🙃😉😌😍🥰😘😗😙😚🤪🤨😝😜🤪🤨🤓😎😏😒😞😔😕😕🙁☹️😣😖😫🥺😢😭😤😠😳🥵🥶😱😰😰😥😓🤗🤔🤭🤫🤥😶😑😑😬🙄😯😦😧😮😲🥱😴🤤😪😵🤐🥴🤢🤮🤧😷🤒🤑🤑🤠) It’s all because of that mask. The mask that the health bureau implemented during this CoVid virus. We NEED/MUST/SHOULD wear mask at ALL times and at all occasions. And it means sacrifice on people’s lives. Wearing mask is too hard especially when we breath but wearing mask is one of precautionary measures on this virus. During this time all our faces are being covered on this MASK may it be a surgical mask, N95, ”N” something mask, DIY mask, or any kind of mask. People who have a lot of money can buy a lot, (when I say a lot it means they hoard), patiently waiting for their time, lining up on a long queue (when I say long it’s really a long long queue) and hoarding alcohols as well.
Macau government made this effort to provide Mask every 10days for only 8mop dollars. Since everyone needs to wear mask and it's NECESSARY, it's aMUST, it's COMPULSORY. They did this simultaneously. They did this so that all people in Macau can protect themselves on this CoVid virus. They did this, so there will not have this mindset of panic buying. In fairness to our government (Macau), they did a great job on this health chaos. Kudos to all the people (behind, back, front) and the Macau government. Glory to GOD.
This CoVid virus is deadly. I hate and I love. I hate lockdown that cause people to loose their job. I hate quarantine. I hate because a lot of people particularly those who are in health department or what we call frontliners die. A lot of people, yes innocent people died. I hate this virus because all nations are in chaos, especially their economy. Some people killed and steal just to live. Some complained why the government treat them like this and like that. I hate everything bad and negative connected to this virus.
There are lot of things I am sad about this virus. But then, come to think of it.. not all seems bad. In fact there are some good things, it contributed in our life.
However for some reasons i love this virus because the family who are not close are now talking. Parents stay at home more often. They become more mindful on each other. Gadgets was replaced on board games. The children becomes more mature and responsible. People are being mindful on their health. They become more aware on the importance of hand washing and not always eating junk foods and fastfoods. Mother is now cooking and the children was no choice to eat what is in the table. Traffic was lessen on the street. The BEST part of this chaos people are become more and more closer to God. They prayed together as a family.They do family devotions. They are united. People who are not churchgoer suddenly becomes one. It's a wake-up call to everyone. Hatred was being replaced by LOVE. Greediness to being generous. People learned to TRUST GOD in all circumstances. And many other positive values.
Funny, nowadays The MASK is being used for passion and it is being part of our get up. This mask will come to an END. And after this health chaos, after this virus finishes, and from now on, whatever FACE you will communicate with me, I will still love, accept, and cherish you because I don’t want you to have that MASK again.
What does this coronavirus teach us? That our Best Protection is GOD. Our best shelter is our HOME. Our best company is our FAMILY. We are not gods; we are not kings, we don't have the power to control everything. We are just HIS creation.
We are part of something whole, fragile, and vulnerable.Part of everything we wanted to dominate and today is telling us to STOP, BREATHE, RESPECT. Let's all go back to the basics, to the essentials, to the CREATOR of the world/universe and may the peace of GOD guide us towards who we are. Let us all seek the BLESSOR and not only HIS blessings.
We are a great gift from GOD.
