I was reminded of times when I had remained unmoved in my thinking. When I had approached a crossroad in my life, refusing to take another path; preferring to stay where I was.

God attempts to shake me up. He wants me to move from my comfort zones and reach out and trust His promise. He wants me to share Him and His longing to give me more than I can imagine while here on earth, as well as an eternal kingdom filled with His freedom!

Instead, I often stubbornly refuse to cooperate? I choose to remain stuck – unmoved – snug inside my bodies and my mind set. I am either comfortable or I am stuck! Either one can keep me from the growth and the amazing blessings that God wants me to enjoy!

Let us therefore, receiving a kingdom that is firm and stable and cannot be shaken, offer to God pleasing service and acceptable worship, with modesty and pious care and godly fear and awe; For our God [is indeed] a consuming fire.
