When we’re going through trials, it’s impossible to be happy. Yes we heard it right. It’s impossible to be joyful, to smile and to pretend to be happy. My health is not stable. I loose my voice for a month and a half already. I had this lymphoedema on my both hands. I cried, i feel anxious, I have fear and I am depressed. When our voice is not being heard it’s very disappointing. All i can do is write and try to do sign language. Sometimes my children are zapping my energy.
Another stress are this pandemic virus that is still active and some of our family is suffering on this Covid virus.
We are preoccupied and afraid on what will happen tomorrow..and many more. It is no surprise we are more stressed than ever today.
Escaping our stress by chasing happiness is actually the recipe for even greater stress
Joy is the internal satisfaction we feel when we pursue well-being and success, even through great difficulty. It makes us feel better and more positive, but it differs from happiness in that it can be present during difficult times. Joy is not automatic. It is a discipline, a daily choice we must make.
HAPPINESS DOESN'T COME FROM HAVING EVERYTHING, BUT MAKING THE BEST OUT OF WHAT WE HAVE.IT'S ALL ABOUT HOW WE SEE OURSELF.
Happiness is NOT having what we like.Happiness is LIKING what we have and BEING CONTENTED.
GOD IS THE CENTER OF OUR LIVES.ENJOY LIFE and WHAT WE HAVE.
I choose JOY and HAPPINESS over all this stress!
